Payments Accepted
We like to keep things simple! You can pay for your cleaning using Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. Just choose the option that’s easiest for you. Payments are made at the time of booking with a 30% deposit and in person after the job is done, using Zelle, Venmo or cash. We’ll always provide a receipt for your records.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change! A 30% deposit is required when booking, with the rest paid in person on the day of service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can serve other clients. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your Satisfaction is Our Priority. We stand behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with our cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right at no extra cost. Your happiness is what keeps us going!
