Welcome to BLOHM & FENECH CLEANING SERVICES. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Basic home cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• Office and commercial cleaning

• Specialty cleaning or extra services (e.g., oven, cabinets, refrigerator, laundry)

2. Booking & Deposits

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due in person on the day of service.

• Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours, and we schedule staff and resources based on your booking.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 3 months of the original date.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: The deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

4. Access to Premises

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delays in access may result in reduced cleaning time or additional charges.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any concerns at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply to conditions outside our control (e.g., excessive clutter or hazardous conditions).

 

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your home and belongings, BLOHM & FENECH CLEANING SERVICES is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not securely fastened.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables before service.

 

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean areas with hazardous materials, infestations, or unsafe working conditions.

 

8. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
